In this impulse, we will look at the 4 quadrants model by Ken Wilber (Integral Theory). This metatheory suggests that all human knowledge and experience can be placed in a four-quadrant grid along the axes of "interior-exterior" and "individual-collective".
It can help to reveal deep-lying patterns in relationships between people and consequently in organizations. We can use it to take a differentiated look at complex issues in organizations.
After a brief presentation of the model, we will – based on your examples - explore together how it can help us to reveal the potential for change in our organizations.
