As a psychologist I am an expert on human behaviour and cognition as well as scientific working. Following my credo I have collected experience in social sciences, human resources, consumer centricity and eventually focused on enablement and organisational transformation processes. I am really passionate about UX, Design Thinking as well as Agile and Scrum, because I have no doubt that these frameworks can change the world! Working as a coach gives me the perfect opportunity to use my knowledge and skills in order to enable individuals as well as whole organisations.
