Methods of decision-making in groups

When organisations go agile, they very often have to rethink their way of taking decisions in general. Especially, when it comes to self-organised teams, it's essential to reflect on how to best make decisions as a group. Majority decisions are very popular and seem to be a very fair method. But with Brexit in mind, it's pretty obvious that it not necessarily is.

In this workshop, I would like to reflect on different methods of group decision-making and discuss which is most appropriate in which context.
