How to create high quality executional OKRs?

Hands-on session in the work with objectives and key results. Based on an example company OKR set we develop in groups suitable Objectives and Key Results for the execution level (e.g. team level). The added value of the session is to teach the OKR principles as well as learning by doing to recognize and avoid the main pitfalls in OKR development and how to coach teams accordingly.

Additionally Required Software

If there are more than 10 participants it would be great to use special breakout groups for the participants, as there will be 3 group exercises for about 5 people each… :)
